Established in 1977 by Dieter Wolle in the heart of Kitchener Waterloo, Wolle Realty has grown as quickly as the Tri City region it services.

In 2011 the brokerage was purchased by Mark Wolle, who continues to expand the brokerage with the addition of our Elmira office in December 2015. In 2017 our brokerage merged with long standing brokerage, Royal LePage Scharf under the Wolle name.

By February 2018 we opened our third office in Waterloo to accommodate our ever growing team. Wolle Realty joined Royal LePage in 2000.
