Also ideal for those in the Peterborough area, where in-person SIM sessions may become available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/humber.ca\/realestateeducation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Humber Polytechnic<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Background:<\/strong><br>Humber College served as the sole provider of RECO-approved real estate education in Ontario from 2019 to 2025, delivering the REBBA-based program in partnership with NIIT. That program officially ended on September 30, 2025, with Humber transitioning to the new TRESA-aligned program on October 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike the other three colleges, which launched their programs from a clean slate, Humber was responsible for transitioning its existing students to a new learning platform and onboarding with the new exam provider (Meazure Learning). The transition was anything but smooth. Many students encountered repeated technical issues, extended response times, and lack of communication that pointed to broader lapses in operational readiness and support. The rollout left a substantial number of learners frustrated and uncertain during the critical early weeks of the new program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Things To Know:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Was the sole provider of RECO-approved education from 2019\u20132025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Established procedures, instructors and student support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/humber.ca\/realestateeducation\/resources\/learner-support\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Support options<\/a> include phone, chat (account admin and general inquiries only) and email.
