Introducing Passit Peak: New Rewards and Practical Learning for Ontario Real Estate Students

Passit puts decades of Ontario real estate education expertise into a powerful collection of study tools designed to help you understand the material, reinforce your knowledge and prepare for challenging exam questions.

But, having the right tools is only part of the equation. How you use them, how consistently you study and how well you understand the material all matter.

That’s why we’re introducing a new approach to learning with Passit — one that encourages purposeful practice, helps you maintain momentum and recognizes the progress you make along the way. And once you’ve passed your exams, there’s another challenge ahead: putting what you’ve learned into practice as a new real estate salesperson.

That’s why we’ve developed Passit Peak — a new program built around the study habits that make preparation more effective: consistent practice, learning from mistakes and reinforcing knowledge in different ways.

Peak Levels and Rewards recognize your progress as you put those habits into practice. Daily Check-Ins and Agent Essentials take your learning beyond the exam, introducing real-world knowledge to help you prepare for your first year in real estate.

It’s about making your study time more productive today while building a stronger foundation for tomorrow.

Passit Peak is included at no extra cost with all Passit study guides for the Ontario Real Estate Salesperson Program activated after October 27, 2026.

How Do Peak Levels Work?

Each eligible Passit study guide offers three achievement levels: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.

Your progress reflects more than the number of questions you answer. Peak considers three important aspects of your preparation: your practice results, how you use different learning tools and your commitment to building practical career knowledge.

1. Practice & Knowledge

Practice questions help you assess what you’ve learned and identify where you need more work.

Peak recognizes both the amount of practice you complete and the accuracy of your results. This encourages you to move beyond simply answering questions and focus on developing the knowledge needed to tackle challenging exam questions.

It’s not just about how much you practice. It’s about how well you’re learning.

2. Go Beyond the MCQs

Studying a concept in different ways helps strengthen understanding and makes it easier to recall and apply what you’ve learned.

Depending on your guide, tools such as Rapid Recalls, Study Buddy, Terminator, Encore Plus and Test Triggers offer different ways to test your recall, explore concepts and reinforce important terminology.

Peak encourages you to use these tools as part of your study routine. You don’t need to complete everything, but expanding how you learn can help you recognize gaps that practice questions alone might miss.

3. Check In With Peak

There’s more to preparing for RECO registration than passing exams.

Peak Daily Check-Ins introduce short, practical insights into the responsibilities, challenges and everyday realities of working as a real estate salesperson.

Each Check-In gives you an opportunity to build career knowledge while contributing to your Peak progress. Over time, these small learning opportunities can help you become more familiar with the profession before your first day on the job.

Progress That Pays Off

As you meet the practice, performance, learning-tool and Daily Check-In requirements, you’ll advance through the three Peak Levels.

Each level you achieve unlocks a choice of reward — recognizing the effort you’re putting into both your exam preparation and career development.

What Rewards Can You Earn With Passit Peak?

Each time you achieve a new Peak Level, you can choose one reward from the options available for that level and guide.

Rewards currently include:

  • Free Extra Study Days: Add three extra days to your current Passit study guide at no charge. This can be especially valuable if you’ve scheduled your exam close to your guide’s expiry date.
  • Agent Essentials Unlock Credits: Unlock additional practical learning from our Agent Essentials series. These credits can help you access valuable career-focused material sooner, giving you another way to prepare for your first year.
  • Progress & Priorities Report: Turn your study results into a focused plan for exam preparation. Your personalized report analyzes your performance across modules, highlights where you’re improving and pinpoints specific topics that need more attention. With clear priorities based on your actual results, you’ll know where to concentrate your remaining study time.
  • Savings on Your Next Passit Guide: Depending on your level and guide, you can choose a reward that reduces the cost of your next Passit guide in the Salesperson Program. It’s a practical benefit for students continuing through their courses and exams.

Your available rewards and previously earned levels are shown in the Peak Rewards area of your Passit dashboard.

Peak Daily Check-Ins: Build Your Edge, One Day at a Time

Ontario’s Real Estate Salesperson Program teaches you the rules, responsibilities and procedures involved in trading real estate. But there’s a whole layer of practical industry knowledge that often comes only with experience — including things you might not realize you need to know until a client asks.

For example, a seller asks, “Once my home is listed on MLS®, when will it appear on REALTOR.ca?” It’s a perfectly reasonable question, but how would you answer it? Same day? Next day? After board approval? Up to 3 business days?

Peak Daily Check-Ins are designed to help you get ahead of those moments.

Every day, you’ll discover a fresh, practical insight into the business of Ontario real estate. From common client questions and everyday industry practices to the finer details that experienced agents take for granted, each Check-In introduces something useful you won’t encounter in your courses.

These don’t include quizzes or lessons. They’re short, daily insights to bridge the gap between course theory and real-world practice. Each Check-In takes just a few minutes. You can build a daily streak, track your total Check-Ins and contribute toward higher Peak Levels in your eligible Passit guide.

The real value builds over time. A few minutes each day can broaden your industry knowledge, help you avoid being caught off guard by everyday client questions and give you a stronger start when you join a brokerage.
