RECO Exam/Course Alignment
I am finding that Reco needs more work on their material and how it relates to the exam. I am not sure if passit could also do this as the modules in general didnt relate alot to the actual course 1 exam Passit Note: Thanks for the feedback, we are always verifying our content comprehensively covers the course materials. We have received feedback from some users that they felt some exam questions were not covered in the course materials, which is obviously very odd and suspect will be rectified by RECO soon.

Some of the True/False questions were to vague which lead to incorrect answers. It felt frustrating when these questions appeared. Other than that, in the MCQ questions, they should be randomized. The same questions appeared time and time again. This is truly a wonderful tool for anyone looking to sharpen their skills in studying. Passit Note: Thanks for the feedback! The MCQs are indeed randomized, but keep in mind when studying module-by-module that there isn't an unlimited number of MCQs, once you've answered all of the available questions you will start to see questions you have answered previously. Our content team will have a review of the Rapid Recalls (T/F) to make sure there is no room for confusion or uncertainty.

Really don’t like the negative or “which one is not” type approach to questions. Passit Note: Neither do we! But, this style of question commonly appears on exams, so we include variations on this style so it's easy to get comfortable thinking in reverse, e.g., all of the answer options are correct, except for one.

Lots of repetition from course 1 in course 2 Passit Note: Humber's courses have many instances of repeated topics between courses, so when studying for the exam you will review content you have reviewed previously. The virtual exam was a terrible experience even though I aced the actual exam. I usually go to Humber to write exams but that wasn't offered for Sim 1. I dismantled my home office to meet requirements for the exam and took everything off wall behind me, but I had a couch and they made me move it! I am recovering from a broken wrist and it was an awful experience. I couldn't get it through the door so propped it up on the wall to my left which they approved of. Just ridiculous! Passit Note: That sounds awful! But congrats on 100%, that is AMAZING

No Refund After Using It
I found the Humber material much better in flow and content. Would not use it ever. There are no samples available to try and once you activate they do not give nack refund if you don't find it useful. Feel being cheated. Passit Note: Each guide includes sample snapshots to preview all features before purchase. As stated at purchase and confirmed at activation, study guides are non-refundable once activated and used. This guide was activated, used, and continued to be used after a refund request, making it ineligible for a refund.

"Find The Trick"
A lot of the questions are miselading and contain false information. The way they word the questions is more "find the trick" than an actual test of knowledge. The program itself is quite nice and streamlined, easy to use and intuitive. I would like it if questions could be starred and saved for later to save time. More Practice for Next Exam
Unsure if more preparation is need, but perhaps more practice exams leading to the the real exam will be more beneficial for the next. Taking to long on questions forced me to use the full 3 hours, the need for the bathroom unbearable, and being too picky while analyzing every question made it feel as though I might of failed. Im happy i passed, but i did not walk away feeling like I passed. Honestly thought i failed

Definitely Worth It
I wouldn't have passed my exam if it were not for Passit. Not only does it breakdown the course but it tells you the exact areas to focus on for your exam. The recall true or false questions and the multiple choice quizzes are an added bonus as well. It actually reinacts the exam in the exact format so you have an idea of how questions are posed. Account Cancelled for Shared Use
Unreliable. Cancel my account after I’ve purchased two courses. Second course didn’t even had the chance to access it. I’ve used the site on my phone. I’ve log in once at work to be able to use bigger screen and they canceled my account saying that was multiple use. Very frustrating. They send me back a general email with basic information. Very disappointed about that. I was not aware that you can only use it on only one device ( if that is what they meant by single user). Passit Note: As mentioned in our emails, Passit can be used on multiple devices but is single-user only and cannot be shared. This account was in use by more than one person, which is a violation of the Passit terms agreed to at activation.
