How Passit Works
Passit helps aspiring Ontario real estate agents successfully prepare for their real estate exams leading to RECO registration. Since its inception in 2010, Passit has become the leading provider of comprehensive, interactive online study guides for the Humber College Real Estate Salesperson Program and the Real Estate Broker Program.

It’s commonly used together with MCQs in a progressive study loop: read Study Buddy for a module, then tackle MCQs for that module. Once achieving 85%+, progress to the next module.
- Rapid Recalls: Perfect for laser-focused, last-minute and on-the-go studying, Rapid Recalls are challenging true/false questions covering the entire course. These test your knowledge in an alternate way, providing a refreshing break from the MCQs and ideal review upon completion of the entire course.
- Terminator: Don’t miss out on this fun way to build and reinforce your knowledge of key course terms and phrases. Terminator generates a puzzle-style experience where each term must be matched with the relevant description. This feature consolidates your knowledge of important concepts and can be tackled for the entire course or module-by-module.
- Videos & Visuals: Need some visual explanations? Passit study guides offer micro-learning experiences to help organize, explain and simplify important, tricky and complex course concepts.
- Progress Tracker: The key to focused, strategic studying lies in identifying your weak spots. The Progress Tracker sifts through your study session data to deliver mission-critical, performance stats by module along with strategic tips and clear next steps. *Humber charges a $115 exam fee for the initial exam as well as any subsequent exam attempt due to a failure. After two failed exams, the Humber course must be repurchased and successfully completed.
Passit also offers study guides for the Real Estate Broker Program (Qualifying Exam and Final Exam) and the RECO Interprovincial Challenge Exam. We do not currently offer a study guide for Simulation 1.
Passit access times are based on Humber’s recommended course completion times and are typically more than enough time for the average learner. Paid extension options (daily add-ons and full renewals) are available for each guide. Once a guide expires, it can be reactivated at any time with the purchase of a new order number.
