For many years, the minimum score to pass real estate exams in Ontario was 75%. RECO no longer publishes the pass mark (they refer to this as the passing standard) and results are given as a PASS or FAIL only. You won't see a numeric grade on your exam report.

As 75% has historically been the benchmark, we recommend aiming for higher than 75% in Passit as a safe target, even though the exact threshold may differ.
