How do I apply to the Real Estate Salesperson Program?

If you have a Canadian secondary school diploma, a General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent, you can start the application process with Humber College immediately. As part of the application, you upload a copy of the appropriate certificate. Applications are completed online and typically processed within one week. You must have strong English writing, comprehension and speaking skills, as the program and support services are delivered in English. You must apply using your full legal name, as required by RECO for registration. There is a non-refundable $125 application fee.

If you do not have a high school diploma or equivalent, you will need to successfully complete an admissions exam before starting the application process. 

Once accepted into the program, you can start Course 1 as soon as the next business day. Upon starting Course 1, you have two years to complete the Real Estate Salesperson Program. The Passit Power Plan provides a study plan to help you complete Course 1 in approximately three weeks. Each course varies in length. Many learners report completing the program in under six months with the help of Passit.
