To sell real estate in Ontario you must complete these steps:

• Complete the Pre-Registration Phase of the Real Estate Salesperson Education Program.
• Apply for Registration with RECO. To do so, you must join a brokerage. Upon acceptance by RECO and payment of all fees, you are then registered as a real estate salesperson in Ontario.
• Within the following two years you must complete the Post-Registration Phase of the Real Estate Salesperson Education Program.
