When trying to sign in, I'm getting a message that the email address or password is wrong.

Passwords are case sensitive, so double-check your typing to make sure the field is accurate. Sometimes browsers auto-fill the password field for you (based on prior visits and sometimes based on old passwords)—clear the field and retype your password to ensure what’s entered is accurate. If you still have trouble, choosing a new password is quick and easy, follow the steps at app.passit.ca/password/reset.
