FAQs

Where can I get extra help? Do I need a tutor?

For most students, NO. Learners typically struggle because they skim the course content and don’t fully understand why certain multiple-choice answers are correct or incorrect.

That’s exactly where Passit helps.

Each Passit practice question includes:

  • Detailed explanations for every answer option (not just the correct one)

  • Direct references to the exact course material location, so you can quickly review what matters

  • Realistic exam-style questions that train you to think the way the exam expects

When Passit is used properly—alongside your course materials—most students do not need paid tutoring.

If you do need clarification or reassurance, every approved Ontario course provider already includes FREE access to qualified content experts as part of your tuition:

  • Humber provides a free education support line (they call it a Content Support Desk (CSD)). Humber learner support is available to assist with any course topic at (416) 675-5025 Option 6 (Monday to Saturday, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. You can also reach Humber Polytechnic Learner Support at realestateinquiry@humber.ca
  • Algonquin offers free online discussion groups and weekly Live Learner Support sessions with an Algonquin real estate facilitator and registered real estate broker. Navigate to your course home page and then select Activities: Discussions or Activities: Announcements (for Zoom links for the free live sessions).
  • Fleming offers LiveChat, email or phone support with a RECO-registered subject matter expert from Monday to Friday (1-6pm) or Saturday (11am-4pm). Visit the Fleming Real Estate Support Portal for available contact options.

A quick word of caution

Be wary of third-party services that claim you need a private tutor or promise “guaranteed passes.” These claims are often misleading and are not affiliated with approved education providers or RECO. No legitimate service can guarantee exam results.

Using Passit and accessing your provider’s free expert support is everything most students need to succeed, without paying extra or taking unnecessary risks.
